Here's a list of what to do and what to avoid to be able to sleep soundly:
- Drink fresh warm milk.
- Count sheeps.
- Feel your restless body.
- Hypnotize yourself.
- Listen to soothing music.
- Avoid caffeine rich drinks.
- Meditate.
- Don't be anxious.
- Forget what happened in the past.
- Pray from the heart, without memorizing/reading.
Psalm 4:8
In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
