10 ways on how to be sleepy

You have insomnia. You want to sleep, but you can't! What to do?
Here's a list of what to do and what to avoid to be able to sleep soundly:

  1. Drink fresh warm milk.
  2. Count sheeps.
  3. Feel your restless body.
  4. Hypnotize yourself.
  5. Listen to soothing music.
  6. Avoid caffeine rich drinks.
  7. Meditate.
  8. Don't be anxious.
  9. Forget what happened in the past.
  10. Pray from the heart, without memorizing/reading.

Psalm 4:8 

In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
